Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Items must:

• Include original packaging and invoice.

• Not be customized or personalized items.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange

Products may be exchanged for size or manufacturing defects, subject to availability.
